During the O’Hare Airport expansion, in period less than 18 months, Mr. Mulvihill completed redevelopment projects ranging from 4-45 acres and totaling in excess of $147 million. Some of his clients include Nippon Express, Bax Global, KTR Partners, CenterPoint Properties and ProLogis.
With an in-depth understanding of his clients’ needs, combined with a mastery of the market, Mr. Mulvihill presents unique opportunities that greatly benefit his clients. During 2008, Mr. Mulvihill played a critical role in orchestrating one of the biggest build-to-suit projects in the Chicago region, the state-of-the-art, 934,490-square-foot freezer/cooler headquarters building of Central Grocers. He then facilitated the disposition of their Franklin Park locations. For Nippon Express USA, he proactively presented his client with the opportunity to purchase a parcel adjacent to its current home, securing the perfect location for the company’s future expansion and providing Nippon with the chance to develop a production-enhancing campus setting.
